I agree @Dimity I failed my sleep goal on the first day. I am using the excuse that it was cold, but that wasn't the only reason. I am much better now than when I first got back from overseas.
Sleep problems are a major symptom of mood disorders (in fact one of the diagnostic criteria)
I am going to go to bed shortly because tomorrow is supposed to be sunny, so I can get some washing done.
I see you have been trying to get to bed by a certain time.
I am so glad to see you posting a bit more the last couple of days, I know you have been in a fairly deep low of late and I hope you are having an upturn or maybe you are doing the work to have the upturn, so hard to do - so good on you

It's not a failure unless you give up trying @Till23 . It takes a while to shift a habit.
No not really an upturn at the moment, just trying to get back on track, even if it's at a lower level than I'd like.
I've been sleeping very late again which means I don't get enough done during daylight.

I haven't been in the habit of sleeping in for very long at all @Dimity it definitely got worse when I had jetlag. Anyhow I should exceed my target time tomorrow as I'm back to volunteering and I hope to do sport training on Friday - so that will be even earlier!
I would count getting back on track as an upturn because if you compare it to a few days and weeks before you are doing more of your activities.
At least the days and the evening especially are slowly getting longer

Getting back on track and staying there is a constant battle for me @Till23 , unfortunately it's not a one-off correction.
