got to get fitted for sleep thing 3.30 pm looks not much fun, supposed to wear it til 8am  think they need min4 hours sleep, may take it off after that lol 

need to have shower just before go there plus shave ha

then once i take it back tomorrow morning, nothing to do til next thurs when get holter monitor again lol

I'm a little like you @Former-Member .   Got to back your hunches and your gut.   Do that hard enough

and long enough,  and you make your own luck..

I had one of those portable air cons once @ENKELI .  when I worked up in Cairns. I'd fall asleep with

it going,  and wake up freezing.  It worked a treat.   Hope yours give you a nice little comfort hub in the 

heat plume.   Lets hope it's just re gassing  for your car  A/c.   Thats no biggy.  

Weather map looks hostile in the west.   Thought are with you.  Be careful.

ok have to present at place in bigtown 3.30pm today, freshly showered to get wired up like a zombie for sleep study tonight. should be interesting to see if i sleep at all ha ha lol

I am off to the dentist this morning but first I have to run up to Coles and grab hubby some coffee bags half price. He really loves the colombian gold Robert Timms ones. We always wait for the special then buy four or five boxes to get us through to the next special. Gotta be smart about these things!
