Re: ugh not again no

Hi @Former-Member

You're welcome to have this space whenever you need it.

Are you okay?

If I'm understanding your post, you feel like you've taken some steps backwards. Is that right?

Recovery and staying well is never straight forward.

Do you have someone you can share this set back with that might be able to help you figure out what's going on? Do you have a sense of what might be causing this set back?

Hi @Former-Member

It might be worth thinking about contacting the hospital and asking them to phone you the night before they can assure you that the surgery you need will be undertaken the following day. They sre obviously aware of your mi needs and I'm sure they will accommodate you in this way too help you out. By being honest with them you have allowed the hospital to help you in all ways necessary. It certainly can't hurt to ask. Quite some yesrs ago I was in a not dissimilar position. The solution in the end was to also allocate psych nurses e ho stayed with me in the surgical ward and helped me through my complex needs.
Just a thought but it is another option that you may not have considered.
Sending you courage and strength to ride through this recent hiccough.
Hugs.

Hi @Former-Member

Go to another hospital. Contact the social worker at the hospital and explain your needs. He/she may be able to explain why this is necessary for you.
Good luck and keep the updates coming.
